Yes. USA Class supports collaboration between Managers and Classifiers during duty development. When a Classifier develops and submits Major Duties, a Manager reviews the content for accuracy and approval before the request moves forward.
When does a Classifier review or take over a request?
A Classifier becomes involved after Major Duties are submitted for classification review. If a Manager submits the duties, a user with the role of Team Lead or Administrator reviews and assigns the request to a Classifier. If a Classifier drafts the duties, the request goes to a Manager for accuracy review before moving forward.
What happens after Major Duties are submitted?
