USA Class

USA Class is an AI-enabled tool to support the efficient creation of high-quality federal position descriptions (PDs). Users can access USA Class in two ways: directly through the Position Description area within USA Staffing as a Hiring Manager or Human Resources user with the enabled permissions, or by logging in through the USA Class main login page. Both access points provide the same functionality, allowing users to efficiently build and maintain accurate position descriptions in support of classification and hiring processes.
