Stage Release Notes 26.26

The USA Staffing Release Notes provide an overview of the most recent functionality deployed to the USA Staffing Stage environment.

Request

Request Information

Added a Position Number field to the Request Information page for HR and Onboarding users. This optional field accepts up to 35 alphanumeric characters and hyphens and can be edited or cleared as needed. All changes made are tracked in History. Note: The Position Number field is read-only when the request is in Complete, Cancelled, Request Failed, Request Not Filled, or Alternate Selection Made status.

Other Information

The Optional Details section has been updated to allow a maximum of 25 Attribute/Value pairs per request. Each Attribute and Value pair counts as one Optional Detail. Users may continue to edit existing entries after reaching the limit, and deleting an entry frees a slot for a new one.

When the limit is reached, the following warning displays: You may only add up to 25 Optional Details per request.

Applicant Overview

Added a Bookmarked toggle for each applicant in Applicant Lists, Save List, Stored List, and Manage Assignments. HR users can filter applicants by Bookmarked or Not Bookmarked. 

Applicant Record

Added a Bookmarked toggle to the Applicant Record page. This toggle can be used to filter applicants in various lists and certificates. 

Certificates

Enhanced issued certificate filtering by adding a Bookmarked toggle and a multi-select Toggles field to the Add Filters options. HR users can select one or more of the following criteria:

• Reviewed
• Not Reviewed
• Flagged
• Not Flagged
• Pinned
• Not Pinned
• Bookmarked
• Not Bookmarked

Selecting Apply filters applicants listed on the certificate based on the selected criteria.
