The following codes were added in USA Staffing:

| IOVS | Violated DOJ separation agreement | You were not considered for this position because you voluntarily entered into a binding separation agreement in which you agreed you would not apply to any DOJ positions at this time. Any future applications you make in violation of the separation agreement will also not be considered. |
| IOIH | Insufficient hours of accounting coursework | You were not considered for this position because your transcript(s) did not contain sufficient hours of accounting coursework which were required to substitute education for specialized experience. |
| IAIP | Not well-qualified for ICTAP eligibility | You have been found ineligible for ICTAP because your application does not meet the definition of “well-qualified” as defined in the vacancy announcement. |
| IATO | Ineligible for Peace Corps | You were not considered for this position because you were previously appointed to a position at the Peace Corps under 22 USC 2506 (a), which makes you ineligible before the expiration of a period of time that is equal to the preceding tour of duty you performed. |
| ELRA | Pending RA Adjudication | You are tentatively eligible and you have been approved for additional time to submit necessary reasonable accommodation (RA) documentation. |
