Enhanced Rule of Many certificates to automatically apply the Score Equivalent tiebreaker option when HR users select the Number of Names referral method. When this option is applied, the system will include all applicants who share the same score and priority as the last candidate on the list. This ensures consistent, regulation‑aligned handling of tied scores and improves transparency on issued certificates.
