Requests
Removed Position Profile and Additional Information from the Request Information tab for approved and cancelled requests created using the Request Processing Interconnection (RPI). This information can be reviewed in the Other Information tab.
New Hire
Text Alert
Added an Enable Text Alert for this customer toggle under a new Default Text Alert (Tentative Offer Only) section, which allows users with Edit Customer permission to automatically elect all new hires associated with the selected customer to receive text alerts. Users can disable text alerts for new hires in their individual records if needed. All changes are captured in History. Note: For new hires to receive sent text messages, their application cannot have been created manually, and they must also opt-in to receiving text alerts within their USAJOBS profile.
Added a Text Alert toggle to the Tentative Offer section on the Onboarding Information page, which is set based on the Customer default setting described above. Users can manually enable or disable this option for new hire records created from a Certificate at any time until the Tentative Offer notification is initially sent. All changes are captured in History. Note: If the new hire is not associated with a Certificate or the Tentative Offer has already been sent, users will not have the option to change this setting (the toggle will be grayed out).
- Text alerts sent to new hires associated with a certificate with the Text Alert toggle enabled at the time the Tentative Offer notification is sent, and who have opted into receiving text alerts within their USAJOBS profile, will include the following information:
New Hire First Name
New Hire Agency/Department
Shortened Tentative Offer URL
Reply STOP to opt out
Note: Text Alert updates will remain in Stage while USAJOBS finalizes development on their site and are expected to be in Production after August 29th. Please forward any feedback to your Account Manager.
