1. How does the staffer know a SME recuses themselves from an evaluation?
HR Users will view SME recusals within the Recusal tab. They may also receive an SME Recusal Warning banner on the Evaluations tab within the SME Review displaying information about applicants requiring additional SME evaluators due to an excessive number of recusals, preventing the completion of their evaluation.
