Create Request

Updated the cross-government pop-up to display for approved requests when Public (U.S. Citizens and Non-Citizens) or Status (Federal/Veteran/Other Eligible) is selected as a USAJOBS Announcement Type on the Staffing Approach page, including when Internal Merit Promotion is also selected.

Note: The pop-up does not display when Internal Merit Promotion is the only announcement type selected.

Assessment Package

Assessment Template Search

Enhanced the Assessment Search Results page to improve the visibility of assessment package template information and make it easier to identify and select templates.

Updated the search results table to display the following columns:

• Name
• Series
• Grade
• Position 
• Title
• PD Number

Updated the Search Criteria section with improved formatting and controls for adding and clearing search criteria. The results count now displays above the table in the Showing 1-25 of 50 results format. Existing search, sorting, and scrolling functionality remains available.

Added a details panel to the right of the search results table that displays information for the selected assessment package template. The first result is selected by default, and selecting another row updates the panel to display the corresponding template information. Only one template can be selected at a time.

The details panel includes the following:

• Preview button to open the selected assessment package template in a separate window.
• Select assessment template button to copy the selected assessment package template into the vacancy's assessment package, allowing users to use the template's assessments when configuring the vacancy.
• Description card displaying the template description, with a Show more option for descriptions exceeding 200 characters.
• Details card displaying Created By, Last Edited, Series, Grade(s), Position Title, and Position Description Number(s).
• Assessments card displaying the assessment types and associated assessment names included in the template, including Questionnaire, Manual, SME Evaluation, and External. The card also includes a USA Hire indicator displaying Yes or No to identify whether the template contains an external assessment.

The search results table and details panel scroll independently, allowing users to review template information while navigating search results.

Reviews

Updated the Rating Details modal in Panel Reviews to display the applicant's name (read-only text) to the right of the Rating Details heading in Last Name, First Name format.
