What's New
This update makes it easier to find help without leaving your work and addresses an issue with office account setup.
Enhancements
Knowledge Center in the Navigation
A new Knowledge Center link in the left navigation opens the self-service help center in a new tab, so users can find answers on their own without filing a help desk ticket. The existing Get Help option is unchanged.
Bug Fixes & Minor Enhancements
- Office creation: Creating an office with a batch of accounts now adds all listed accounts to the new office.
