The Chief Human Capital Officers (CHCO) Hiring Manager Satisfaction Survey was implemented to support agencies’ efforts to improve the hiring process. To facilitate this process and encourage feedback collection, USA Staffing provides prompts users in to complete the CHCO survey in two ways:

Upon the return of an Applicant List Review, the returning Hiring Manager user is presented a modal with the following message and link to the survey.

In addition, every Hiring Manager on an Applicant List Review receives an email with a link to the CHCO Survey upon the review being returned by a Hiring Manager or when the review is automatically recalled due to exceeding expiration date.
Note: A Hiring Manager may be sent a survey link multiple times as a result of being identified as a Review on multiple reviews, but Hiring Managers may only complete the survey once every 60 days.
